My wife Graciela loves Italian food and she craves Shrimp, so I designed this new recipe which I named: Uhang de Graciela. It has a tangy Sweet/Sour tomato sauce, sauteed with fresh mushrooms and lots of SHRIMP. A serving of Linguine noodles, smothered with my secret, cheesy sauce. Thanks. Norbert Perez.
